These terms apply to your use of Navoqo marketing pages and the Navoqo product.

What this product is
Navoqo provides file-status tracking, client updates, and payment reminder follow-up for small service businesses.
What you are responsible for
- Only store and send information you are authorized to process.
- Obtain any consent or authority required before entering client contact details or sending client communications.
- Keep client communications accurate and professional.
- Comply with applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) when sending commercial electronic messages to clients.
Customer data and service provider role
You control the client information you enter into Navoqo. You are responsible for your use of that information and for responding to your clients' privacy requests. Navoqo processes that information on your behalf to provide the service described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Navoqo for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Do not attempt to access another workspace or client file without authorization.
- Do not upload prohibited sensitive records or attempt to use Navoqo as a document repository.
Data and security
We apply production security controls and low-data handling practices. You remain responsible for what your team enters, shares, and sends through Navoqo.
Where this applies
Navoqo is available in: Canada, United States. Use outside these markets is not supported.
