Yes, from Billing in your account. If you cancel, you keep Standard until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
No. Navoqo tracks the amount and due date and, on Standard, sends reminders. You collect payment with the tools you already use. It does not process payments.

Client names, emails and notes are encrypted, each client page has its own private link you can rotate or turn off, and clients never need an account. The security page has the details.
