Security and privacy
Your clients trust you with their details. We take that seriously.
Navoqo holds client names, emails and the messages you exchange. We collect as little as we can, show clients only what is meant for them, and encrypt the sensitive parts.
Three rules we build by
Collect less
Only what you need to keep a client informed: a name, an email, the steps and your updates. No document storage, no profiling.
Clients see their own page and nothing else. Internal notes and team details never appear on it.
Keep it simple
Safe defaults instead of settings to get wrong. A small team should not need an IT person to use Navoqo safely.
How client details are protected
Encrypted at rest
Client names and emails, your notes, client questions and replies, and the text of emails sent to clients are encrypted in the database.
Private client links
Each client page has its own long random link. Replace it or turn it off in one click; archived clients’ pages turn off on their own.
Hidden from search
Client pages tell search engines not to index them, and are never listed anywhere.
No client accounts
Clients never create a password, so there is no client password to steal or reuse.
Nightly backups
The database is backed up every night to separate encrypted storage.
No card details
Subscriptions are paid through Stripe. Navoqo never sees or stores card numbers.
What we store, and what we avoid
Stored to run the service
- Client name and email, used for updates
- The steps, your updates and their history
- Requests to clients and their answers, client questions and your replies
- Payment amounts, due dates and an optional payment link
- Your account, team and workspace settings
Avoided on purpose
- Documents and file uploads
- Card numbers and bank details
- Client logins and passwords
- Tracking of your clients for advertising
Analytics on this website load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. The full list of service providers, and where they process data, is in the privacy policy.
Security questions
Where is my data stored?
Navoqo is operated from Canada. Some providers process or store data in the United States or other regions; the privacy policy lists them and what each one does.
What happens if a client link is shared by mistake?
Make a new link from the project. The old link stops working at once. You can also turn the page off completely.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Contact us and we will delete your workspace and its data, apart from what we must keep by law, such as billing records.
Do you use my clients’ data to train AI or sell to anyone?
No. It is used only for what the privacy policy lists: running Navoqo, billing, support and security. It is not sold, and it is not sent to any AI service.
Give your clients the service you want to give.
Add a client, send one update, and watch the “where are we?” emails slow down. It takes an afternoon.
